I received my Tap Trainer Bracelet - Now how do I use it? 

1. Scan the tag. Hold the back of your phone near the location of the "TAP TRAINER" name on the bracelet. The "sweet spot" is typically near the top of iPhones and in the center on Androids.​

2. If nothing happened, you may need to enable the NFC tag feature on your phone.

   • Android: Go to Settings, search for "NFC," and toggle it on.

   • iPhone: On most newer models (iPhone XS and later), NFC reading is always on. On older models (iPhone 7–X), you may need to add an NFC reader control to your Control Center.
